Instructions:
Mash your ripe bananas until thoroughly mixed. Avoid large chunks!
Mix in all purpose flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs.
If needed, add in a little milk for a thicker, pancake batter like consistency.
Prep oil in a pan for frying.
Slowly add dough to the pan. You want thinner fritters, not dough balls!
Deep fry each side until brown.
On a paper towel, gently pat the excess oil from each fritter.
Garnish with powdered sugar and serve!
