Nabela’s Bengali Omelette

Start your morning off right with this quick and delicious recipe!

Instructions:

  1. Gather and prepare all ingredients. Chop your onion, tomatoes, and chili peppers.

  2. In a bowl, add your eggs, onion, tomatoes, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Whisk ingredients together.

  3. Add peppers and milk to the bowl and lightly whisk together.

  4. Grease and heat the pan on medium-low heat. Add mixture to the pan.

  5. Once there is an even cook on the bottom, flip the omelette and cook until slightly brown.

  6. Add your cheese and fold omelette in half.

  7. Turn stove off and flip the omelette once or twice to melt the cheese over the remaining heat,

  8. Serve with your preferred sides and enjoy!
