Nabela’s Coffee Cinnamon Rolls

The perfect cozy recipe to start off your day!

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease 9 inch pan.
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, instant coffee, salt, and granulated sugar to create the cinnamon sugar mix. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Slowly mix the buttermilk and 2 tbsp of melted butter into the dry mixture to create the dough. The dough should be a little sticky.
On a floured surface, knead the dough until it's smooth.
Roll or press the dough into a 9x12” rectangle. (does not need to be exact)
Spread 2 tbsp of melted butter on the dough.
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mix evenly on top of the dough and press gently into the dough.
Tightly roll the dough until it forms a long roll.
Cut dough into 6-8 even pieces. Place into greased pan.
Brush 2 tbsp of melted butter on top of the rolls.
Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
While rolls are baking, mix all icing ingredients together and set aside.
Take the cinnamon rolls out of the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Brush remaining melted butter on top and then apply the icing.
Serve and enjoy!
