This easy recipe will fulfill both your cinnamon roll and cupcake cravings!
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Add flour, sugar, brown sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and a generous sprinkle of cinnamon into a large mixing bowl.
Add the buttermilk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and eggs into a medium sized bowl and combine.
Add wet ingredient to dry and beat until smooth.
Slowly add the water to the batter and mix until well combined.
Line your cupcake tin with parchment paper or use your preferred cupcake holder.
Pour your batter into the tins and bake at 350°F for 16-18 minutes.
While baking, in a separate bowl add your butter and cream cheese. Crean together.
Add powdered sugar. Cream for about 10 minutes to make it smooth.
Add vanilla extract, cinnamon and sweetened condensed milk. Combine. Pour in piping bag and set aside for later.
Once your cupcakes are cooled, add your frosting.
