Nabela’s Shaag & Chingri Curry


This authentic spinach and shrimp curry is the perfect comfort food with a little kick!

Instructions:

  1. Thaw, peel, and clean the shrimp.

  2. Wash the spinach and set aside.

  3. In a large pan over medium heat, add the olive oil, onion, and minced garlic.

  4. Sauté until onions become golden brown.

  5. Add shrimp, turmeric, curry powder, chili powder, spinach, and salt to taste. Stir all ingredients.

  6. Cover and cook until spinach is wilted and shrimp is thoroughly cooked.

  7. Serve over rice or with naan and enjoy!
