The perfect meal to kick off spring and summer!
Cut your steak into approximately 1 inch cubes.
In a large bowl, create your desired marinade or seasoning and mix in your stake pieces, covering the steak evenly.
Cover the bowl and let the steak pieces marinate for 30 minutes to an hour, or until you are done prepping your other ingredients.
Remove the seeds from your bell peppers and cut into approximately 1 inch cubes and set aside.
Cut your red onion into 1 inch pieces and set aside.
Once the meat has marinated, thread the meat onto the skewers alternating with pieces of bell peppers and onion.
Grill the kebabs over medium heat, rotating often until all side of the meat is brown and the vegetables are tender.
Serve over a bed of rice or with a side of corn and enjoy!
